Up until 0:05 there were double white lines, and a narrow lane. The van driver could not cross those lines AND safely overtake the cyclist. So tailgating him and blaring on his horn was out of order.
After 0:05 the cyclist moves over to the left to let the van driver overtake. However the van driver being a complete **** swerves his van into the cyclist. The cyclist was lucky that he wasn't knocked off. This should be reported to the police as the van was clearly used as a weapon.
That sad trouble causer will learn the hard way on his push bike, what a wreck less tool, bang side of my truck and your off under the wheels....... simple don't start something you can't finish.
I think this video will go viral and the company should respond with how they are going to deal with their driver. Perhaps the police will respond first.
