Driver was holding and using a phone while turning a corner in a busy residential area. Driver was clearly distracted (as was looking down) and would have not been able to react in an emergency situation. This is selfish, dangerous driving and bad parenting. Not impressed.

This guy cannot follow simple road rules where giving way to others already coming out he floors it and then says there is no such sign or dotted line stating otherwise!
