Double yellow lines apply to you too and parked on a busy junction. Also you might want to call a taxi to get you to the kerb you are miles away from it!!!!

Driver was holding and using a phone while turning a corner in a busy residential area. Driver was clearly distracted (as was looking down) and would have not been able to react in an emergency situation. This is selfish, dangerous driving and bad parenting. Not impressed.
