The owner of this hybrid Mercedes cheats the parking fees from Monday to Friday by parking his car in the EV charging space all day. Even if it was empty it only takes 1 hour to reach 100% as it has a tiny battery. He parks and then goes to work on the train, leaving the car for over 8 hours blocking the space for anyone else. So selfish.

This guy cannot follow simple road rules where giving way to others already coming out he floors it and then says there is no such sign or dotted line stating otherwise!
