Watch out for this driver when joining main carriageways from a slip road. This type of incident has happened three times so I have summarised it.
Upon approaching a slip road entrance with no vehicles in the middle or fast lanes and a vehicle ahead about to join, this driver keeps going faster in the slow lane forcing the other vehicle onto the hard shoulder.
Instead of easing his speed or moving over a lane to let the vehicle filter in it looks as if he deliberately wanted to block vehicles from entering.
As entering from a slip road is normally filtering in and not stopping to give way (as was the case with the slip roads concerned here) most drivers let others filter in but obviously this didn’t apply here.
I don’t know if it was the same driver but I guess it was unless they all come from the same breed of idiot driver.

Fat slob pulls across in roadworks but obstructs traffic coming the other way giving minimal room between the barrier and his vehicle for vehicles to pass. There could have been more room to pass if he had moved over but he was stubborn and wouldn’t budge grinning at drivers trying to squeeze past. His facial expressions were similar to those of bullies being smug.

Absolute sperm bubble, up my arse for 15 minutes, car in front of me braked and so did I. If he wasn’t on his phone the whole time he would have seen why I braked, but instead he decided to go straight past me, swerve into the side of my car and then almost come to a complete stop once he’d gotten in front of me. Someone get this guy back into the folks home before he kills someone.

Just squeeze in front of me, making me brake sharply... no brain driver, then speed up staying on the same line.... That's in Manchester area.
