Inconsiderate idiot in a white van, parked TOTALLY blocking the pavement outside the Taro Leisure Centre, forcing EVERYONE to walk in the road. He has been there for two days now, he parks inside double yellows (which does NOT nullify their effect), and there is free parking in both directions just down the road.
He seems to be working in 92 Clare Gardens, Petersfield, and is using their rear access, but he has made absolutely no effort to consider the public, which includes young children, who have to walk in the road to get past his idiotic parking.

Bad driver. Was speeding in the wrong lane. Went at about 60mph in a narrow road. Hit my right windscreen. And he has a crack front windscreen. And was waiting at the traffic light when it was green light. Poor driving. Put many people life’s at risk.
