Saw a man hot boxing the cab with a massive king L joint swinging along side side not being able to drive ina straight line trying to smoke open the window and turn up his biggie smalls really thing he’s dangerous driver also saw him cutting up a bus and doing crazy speeds down church hill

If you see this driver please report to the police.
He was speeding down the village high street (20 mph), he clipped two car wing mirrors and almost hit an old man. I think he was either drunk or on drugs. He had a fat, round face and was very ugly.

To the Driver and the two school girls, I would suggest you read Highway Code and to the driver learn how to drive before doing hand gestures to others!!
