The cyclist could have pulled into the large gap to the left of the road visible at the start of the video and let the car past (the gap between the parked silver car and the red smart car, costing the cyclist zero time or effort), but he doesn't do so and forces the car to have to remain behind him for another couple of hundred metres. And then the cyclist slams his brakes on to confront the driver when the car beeps!
