I've never seen "loads " of electric cars all needing to charge at the same time must just be at night time .

Typical imbecile type driver who clearly doesn't want to share the road and is prepared to use a vehicle as a weapon. To the cyclists, the one thing I advise, don't shout names but be ready in case you have to defend yourself.. least then they can't try and use some form of mitigation should criminal proceedings be filed (trust me, many of them will).

This drive is very safe and careful on the road he always stops to let kids cross over one always lets people in his lane
