Yes I agree both drivers should be named and shamed - they were and they were prosecuted (see original upload to youtube dated Apr 27, 2012)

But to upload here 6 years on is just a complete waste of time

Does the uploader seriously believe they still own/driver the same vehicles - the site is called ratedriver and really only works with recent footage/evidence
