This guy thinks he’s smart parking without his number plates to avoid paying for parking, road tax and MOT. What he doesn’t realise is that the police are well aware that he parks his car on Cowper Road every day and has the seat belts permanently plugged in so he doesn’t have to wear it. He’s going to be in a spot of trouble when he is eventually visited about his law breaking.

Revs hard especially in 20mph school zones. Seen them doing very dangerous overtakes with a fully loaded car and cutting people off at several roundabouts.
