I'm not sure about this one. Their indicator was on long before yours and the cycle lane was dotted. I'd rather have someone turn sooner than later, it gives cyclists more time to react.
I have been tailgates by this car several times on the A61. The driver seems to have severe anger issues. Maybe he has the weight of the world on his shoulders but he needs to not take it out on innocent parties
I too have seen this man driving like a maniac. He has grey hair and is about 50. He does seem to be a very aggressive driver and has nearly run me over when I have been walking the dog
