This is a regular problem along North Street. Cars blast down this road and you're literally forced into their path. What makes it even worse is people putting their bins on the rubbish-strewn paths. Council seems scared to do anything for fear of upsetting the wrong people.

They can overtake if your speed is less than 10 MPH AND the conditions are suitable - looks like they weren't suitable, in so far as the nearby junction..
