This driver is an imbecile. They have illegally parked on a pavement blocking access for wheelchair users. Been in westcroft road,Carshalton since 5/6 pm 19 march still there 20 march 1.25 pm

Seen in Liverpool. Poor lane discipline, kept on moving into the other lane without checking mirrors before swinging back, dangerous undertaking, no use of indicators. Large vehicle too so could inflict a lot of damage if hit someone. Go and re-do your license mate
