Could be any number of reasons for this. It's the exception to the norm as far as parking goes, right? Then don't fret over it. . sure it's annoying, but it'll be sorted. Unless they've allegedly done anything else??
Once picked me up from peef town one evening when I was on the lash. Fair to say I was severely steamboated. However the driving that was displayed on the a3 going to Haslemere can only be described as sensational.

Brings his stupid Audi round to my farm every day (or so it feels like) to see my son who is almost always busy and doesn't actually like the fact they turn up. They buy cars and ruin my fields by dragging what can only be described as a blonde animal behind their cars on a sledge before it falls off on a corner.
