Not sure what was going on here but judging by the manner of the driving, damage to the car and the neighbourhood it was spotted in, I'd hazard a guess that the occupants were up to no good.
Extremely dangerous driving, he cut us up to try and cut through traffic whilst speeding, forcing others to have to emergency break, as well as almost causing a crash, and himself nearly going in to the back of a motorbike.
