Not sure what was going on here but judging by the manner of the driving, damage to the car and the neighbourhood it was spotted in, I'd hazard a guess that the occupants were up to no good.
Extremely dangerous driving, he cut us up to try and cut through traffic whilst speeding, forcing others to have to emergency break, as well as almost causing a crash, and himself nearly going in to the back of a motorbike.
Drives like an idiot at twice the 30mph limits in Blaenavon where kids are playing. Hoping he grows up or gets enough points to gain a ban before he kills someone.
Completely misjudged traffic and failed to yield to the right at a mini roundabout, jumped out in front of another car who had to slam their brakes on.
