can anyone explain this to me.. this guy is driving along, not stopped, maybe ten mph, yet still can't resist taking a peek at whatever is on his phone. I dont get it. Youre risking rear ending the car in front, a 200 quid fine, 6 points, and for what? because you want to see who liked your status?? whats so interesting youre willing to risk all of that?
