This is a flashy Mercedes coloured Burgundy and driven by a guy probably mid 60s with a silver beard. I spotted him driving like a lunatic up the M40 - repeatedly trying to use Lane 2 to undertake the cars queued in lane 3. When the car from Lane 3 moved into Lane 2 there was nearly a collision and Mercedes Man had to brake hard to avoid the collision that he would have caused.
