Leave a note on the window explaining the danger they appear to be causing and requesting they don't do it. If they keep doing it, contact the police and the council. Pretty bad place to park.

This driver has frequent sex with his car on his drive way. Very disturbing for me and my wife to watch from our living room window every night at 11pm :/ would say shouldn't have a license but I've never actually seen it on the road :/ he's bought it purely for having sex with on his driveway.
