I was in the park with my 3 year old daughter and I saw him there in his car touching himself whilst looking at my daughter.
He then walked over to us by the swings and tried to take her, luckily enough I got away but others may not be so lucky! Please be carefully of this disgusting pathetic pedophile of a man.
