I was walking down pelican lane next to a very busy school, up a one way road and out of nowhere a black Honda hatchback came down the wrong direction of the one way road carelessly. Thankfully there wasn’t a child crossing the road at the time. I couldn’t agree more with the previous comment. This reckless driver should be taken off the road immediately.

Leave a note on the window explaining the danger they appear to be causing and requesting they don't do it. If they keep doing it, contact the police and the council. Pretty bad place to park.
