This person pulled out in front of me at Bonnybridge toll, causing me to break hard then proceeded to drive at 20 miles an hour or under but couldn't manage to stay on their own side of the road & was all over the place.

This guy is a middle Lane hogger at 65mph. Drove 70 miles down the m6 with him and he has no idea how to drive on a motorway and evidently can't use indicators. Should go back to driving school and read his highway code.
