Parked on a narrow street opposite a parked car, completely blocking the road while on their phone with the engine running. Causing a queue of traffic which was blatantly ignored.

Absolute lunatic. Cut me up on a roundabout and drive me onto the other side of the road. Good job this was in the morning an no on coming traffic!
