Foreign driver who felt it was ok to overtake in single lane rush hour traffic nearly hitting oncoming traffic head on. When I enlightened him that it was ridiculous and that he could cause an accident he told me he was foreign and called me an English prick before spitting in the direction on my car. Incident occurred on London Road, Derby near the intersection with Bateman St.

Aggressive, inexperienced lunatic. Crossing lanes in roundabout with no indication at any kind. Taking over from left and speeding with no brains. Should be OFF roads for good.
