Driving down A41 Stockton area near Telford on 11/11/16. This idiot in a Road Surfacing marked transit van pulled straight out in front of me from a t junction forcing me to come screeching to a halt. Then had the cheek to push his face up against the driver window and laugh. Idiots like this shouldn't be on the road

Both drivers are in need of retraining.
One wrong does not justify another but when one idiot sits in an overtaking lane, forcing another idiot to slow below the speed he wishes to travel at, something will have to give and in this case, it did.
Stick to the left lane, do the speed limit and let the idiots be on their merry way - let the traffic police deal with them.
