I doubt the proposed Highway Code updates will do much in this country.. until the law clamps down on drivers like this they will continue to make our roads unsafe, and in some cases, kill innocent people.
Dangerous overtaking, drove along wrong side of the road past queuing cars and towards oncoming traffic, causing an obstruction at a junction, then forcibly cut in.
