Complete arsehole. Coming down a very narrow road and he decides to go up on the bank where you can't fit another car and nearly rolls onto the car I was in. Absolutely shocking behaviour. And his excuse, 2 other cars had come down the road previously and refused to reverse. Twat!

The man driving this car has no idea how to drive. In totally wrong lane at roundabout, nearly resulted in crash, and did not seem to think he was in the wrong. He obviously needs to retake his test and learn lane discipline at roundabouts as what he did would have been an immediate fail.
