Needs his license revoked. Nearly knocked over my daughter on a zebra crossing - only stopped because I screamed at him. A danger to have behind the wheel.

Slowed down for a junction only to be tailgated by this nump ty who doesn't understand how traffic lights work. Slowed down earlier than usual because you were still accelerating towards me when the light was red.
Told him to get back in his car.

Careless driver (was a middle aged woman driving at the time)
Ran a red light in Cambridge Milton road following a lorry that also ran the same red light & proceeds to block the flow traffic on the main road forcing drivers to stop to allow her to continue.
Car was a Blue Audi A3 TDI S Line 2010
