Had a lane closure, merging into one lane on the route to Okehampton. Lady stayed in the closing lane.. 400m.. 200m.. tried to undertake a lorry then crashed into the cones.
Firstly, this person was obviously distracted, on their phone or fucking about somehow.
Secondly, it was pure luck that cone didn’t fly off into our car behind her.
Absolutely stupid individual who needs to be off the road. You are not ready to be driving a vehicle.
