I have a highly tuned Mini Cooper 1.6 and a man bun, and this guy gapped me and my acquaintance who has a Polo, we were flat out at 41mph and he flew past us at his max speed (45) mph!! Fair play to this absolute hooligan
A driver who failed to immediately give way to an ambulance responding to an emergency then when they encountered traffic and the ambulance passed they recklessly pursued it past multiple vehicles in traffic nearly colliding with a vehicle when they sped through a junction after the ambulance.
