There's absolutely no need to drive like this. To be brutally honest, I'd hand the footage in to the police and report the driver for driving dangerously and for intentionally trying to cause an accident.
Idiots like this are the reason we have to pay such high amounts for our car insurance.
This guy clearly got his license with his cereals. HE CAN'T DRIVE! His lisence should be taken away from him for swerving into people and break checking them. Idiot
Almost caused multiple accidents. Only someone who has no understanding past their own nose would act like this driver does. Danger to those using the roads safely.
