Well looking at a the condition of the car we can tell he is scared of his own driving typical bmw. Looking at dvla the doesn't appear so it is probably now scrapped photographed October 2021

Just saw this driver weaving all over the A34 then deliberately cut up a car on the inside lane that had overtaken them. Wild driving. Possibly under the influence.
