Absolute arsehole.... filling up in a petrol station while in a full blown conversation then walks into the shop to pay without the required mandatory face covering. Had at least one child in the vehicle too! Location of incident: Applegreen PS, Enfield Bush Hill.

Speed up behind me between Scotforth and Lancaster University then gets closer tailgating in preparation to do an aggressive overtake at the lights by the university entrance doing about 60 in a 40 zone. Git held up at Forrest Hills and Galgate lights then speeds out towards motorway ignoring speed limit while still in 30 zone.
