What the cycling was doing was dangerous, but it's clear from that video that YOU were the bigger danger. You deliberately pas the cyclist too close as a means of trying to intimidate them, it's as clear as day. You didn't give them sufficient space as required and you are a danger on the roads.
How funny, I came across this site when searching for "Bookers Colcheter opening times" - seems that also "Bookers opening times or hours" links to this page as well...must be getting them some unwanted publicity
