I want to complain about the parking of this dpd van that was blocking my car in on my driveway, I needed to drive my car to get to a meeting but there was no sign of the driver anywhere to tell them to move the van, I waited for over 15 minutes and still no sign of the driver, to which I had to then take the bus to my meeting and made me late.
