Complete idiot blocked an ambulance from pulling out of a side road in Wallisdown. They could see that the ambulance was trying to get out and they deliberately pulled across the junction blocking it. Maybe someone will do that to them in the future if they are ever in need of an ambulance. Completely Ignorant.
