There's definitely something wrong with this van driver's brain, if there is one in there. He's perfectly happy to sit in a really long queue with an empty lane beside him- until someone overtakes, then he chases them down and speeds off like a madman. Also doesn't agree with the idea of stopping at a red light, judging by the waving arms
