Car turning left on a straight road, nothing oncoming & rather than go round this Mini stops dead. Once past the car, still on the straight road with nothing ahead this Mini keeps braking when they're going under the limit anyway.

Nissan Navara refuses to go past me as I'm on bicycle despite me tucking well left & them having good view of the clear straight road ahead.
I stop pedalling to force this woman past which usually works but it takes you forever to pass.
