Whilst the driver was found to be negligent I do think you could have handled this situation better.
. The wall to your right creates a blind spot for both the driver and yourself. I would have slowed down in order to better anticipate the driver's speed, distance and direction.
All in all I think the design of that layout invites risk. Some will no doubt argue otherwise. I also cycle. As for Mr. Blue van man.. perhaps you should concentrate more on what's in front of you instead of arguing with other people?
This guy saw that I felt scared of his driving then deliberately mounted the pavement narrowly missing me and my dog. Showing me that he know that I felt scared and that he deliberately showed me that he could ruminate me over whenever he wanted
This is not just the worst driver he’s part of a group of driver using their cars land rovers and vans as lethal weapons. Clearly he doesn’t deserve to have a licence let alone marked a car. What else has he din with this or other cars
