This car was stolen from Pitsmoor Road, Sheffield on the afternoon of 09/04/2015. It's a white 2Door Seat Ibiza. Have you reported him? Especially as you have witnesses.
He does not sound like the professional driver he should be. There are a lot of unprofessional Taxi drivers out there - the rest of us rely on victims such as yourself reporting poor behaviour...
