The guy driving this car needs to understand what the word patient is. Driving down a rural lane, having to pull in as you can't get more than one car down the road in places, then there is a rider on a horse. So I am being careful, this MORON pulls into a driveway in traffic, while I am letting cars past, nearly had an accident, then shoves out in front, all to save seconds!
