All the EV charging points were in use. This selfish git blocked the last EV charging point.
I asked him to move to allow me to charge, the man refused to move his car to another car parking space.

Driving through a 20 zone at an erratic speed, wouldn’t stop for anyone coming through, wheel spinning at every junction. The guy needs his licence revoked before he kills someone.
