This arse wipe drove through Deddington, Oxfordshire on 14/04/20 with his mobile phone blatantly resting on his steering wheel as he texted - I followed him out of Deddington onto a hill with one of the worst accident death rates in Oxfordshire and he continued to text with his car veering over to the other side of the road..Had there been a car coming in the opposite direction he would have been another statistic for the Deddington hill...When I overtook to shout at him to get off his mobile he told me to fuck off, then drove right up to my bumper and horned me as I turned off the road...had I not had my daughter with me I'd have pulled over and slapped the idiot into Kidlington.
