This car parked on the ground level/floor in the NCP Park Mall car park in Ashford (Kent) earlier today. The driver (whose description I will detail below) was seen clearly threatening anyone stood behind her. I saw her before she parked her car snorting a white powder (presumably cocaine) at the wheel. Following this I heard her on the phone to someone asking them to drop her "a gram of coke" off later. She had no shame whatsoever.
Upon getting out of the car and attempting to pay at the car parking machine, she told everyone else waiting to use the machine to "Fuck off or I'll punch you." The woman, around 50 years old, with medium length blonde hair and of average height and weight, wore gloves and a face mask.
At one point she was struggling with something on the machine and asked for someone to help her. When some people came over to help her she told them to "Back the fuck away or I'll cut you."
She is clearly mentally deranged and the drugs aren't doing her any favours. I'll be reporting her to the police.

Absolute cunt, beeped me and stuck his middle finger up at me and my young son, then, slammed his brakes on trying to cause me to hit his car, when i got out and asked him what he was doing of he got out of his car like a madman shouting at me, i was not aggresive at all with this thug but he tried to headbutt me then he punched me, all this with his two young daughters screaming in his car, fat fucking london thug
