Driven as if it was stolen.
Trying to do 70 in a 30mph zone, in the boot of our car as we drove through village.
Overtook us, just, but nearly scraped all the paint off the drivers side as it was so close.
What a clown, use the motorway next time you plankton.

Idiot waiting at junctions goes to pull out and anchors up. People stopping to let out wouldn't pull out.
Then tearing down road at 20-30 over speed limit and cut someone up so close they nearly took them out. Then struggling at next roundabout. Shouldn't be on the road
