Fat dickhead constantly right on my bumper and then backing off, gets right back on my bumper and then backs off. Ridiculously close. Did this for about 30 mile solid until I turned off. BMW in outside lane of the image.

Driver overtook is on the wrong side of the road in the dark and wet.
30mph speed limit, overtook us and we were doing 30mph.
Caused oncoming vehicle to have to swerve.

So just a short while ago spotted this idiot suffering from small penis insecurity syndrome driving a Range Rover SVR loudly at around 50-60mph in the main part of Chorlton - ie a place full of restaurants and bars with people out everywhere at night.
Just know that if I see you again there will be an S59 notice coming your way.
Look it up. All I need to do is record and send it in to the police.
