Whilst poor driving standards are to be expected of a black BMW with blacked out windows, this was a spectacularly bad example, with tailgating, overtaking into oncoming traffic, and speeding in residential areas being particularly noticeable. Absolute menace who needs banning.

Near Bobbin/bus station. Traffic lights turn red, cars begin to slow to a stop & then I hear this engine pick up & from the back this moron floors it to go through lights which are now red.

LCD Support Services van.
Drives down South Rd past Lancs hospital & can clearly be seen holding his phone not paying attention. Thinks he's tucked it out of view but can clearly see it by his side as I walk along.

Near Alexandra Park, Manchester. This low-life Audi on a narrow 20mph road thought it was a good idea to try to overtake using the opposite lane on a blind right-hander. Look at the road markings turning in the second picture. There was traffic coming in the other direction and a serious collision was only just avoided.
