Can't follow lane markings and then tells me I cut the lanes and gives me abuse. Freshly painted lane markings too, so easy to follow.

Age isn't an excuse. Mr Magoo here couldn't even reach half the speed limit on any road. 30 in a 60 is NOT acceptable. If your driving skills are so bad you can't drive at it even near the limit then what are your reaction times like?
