Driver had their phone in a vertical holder attached to their windscreen in a position which I consider would probably constitute an offence for it's position (potentially obstructing their full view of the road)... and on multiple occasions after only being behind them for a relatively short distance was observed touching their device screen multiple times! [Photo taken by myself as a front seat passenger in a car behind, with the person driving the car I was in aware I was about to take a photo]

this guy is very bad at driving and has a bad car i was drivin behind him and a piston came flying at my windshield when i went past him he gave me the middle finger and threw a beer bottle at me
