Seen in the Cuddington area performing ignorant manoeuvres and piloted by what can only be described as a fat middle aged hag, it's clear that her husband left her due to obesity and complete lack of class.

This driver was rude and abusive as he pulled into a parking space at Cirencester Hospital. I had politely pointed out I’d been waiting 10 minutes for the first space to become available. Turns out his car is untaxed and has been untaxed since January 2017.
