This car has had tax or MOT for 9 months, is not insured, it had advisories on the MOT in 2014 for corroded brake lines and worn suspension bushes and bad tyres that were also flagged up for the MOT in jan 2015, presumably still not been fixed 2 and a half years later. I STILL see it being driven around, shitty tyres, blowing exhaust sounding like a tractor and lights not working properly. why?

The lady owner of this car maybe over 40 yrs was bullying me on the Wolverhampton road heading into Penkridge flashing her lights at me and signalling me to move over as she tried to over take even though I was already doing 60 on a 60 road! Despite the fact there were many cars in front of me and oncoming she still persisted to try and get round! Then as we passed the 30 mph sign into Penkridge she whizzed past and overtook on the turning right lane and pushed her way back in! Outrageous and very dangerous! Will cause harm to someone sooner or later I'm sure. Hope someone sorts her out!
